Privacy

This policy explains the information ARK2.com may process when you browse the site or use the contact form.

Effective: July 31, 2026

Information you choose to send

The Contact and Corrections form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. This information is sent to the email address configured for the site’s administrator so the publisher can evaluate and respond to your request.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification, game-account credentials, private server keys, or other sensitive information.

Technical information

The web host, security systems, caching layers, and WordPress may process routine technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, referring page, and error information. This data may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security.

Cookies and local storage

WordPress, embedded services, security tools, or measurement features may use cookies or similar storage. Their exact behavior can depend on the features active when you visit. Browser controls can be used to restrict or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site functions.

External links and embedded services

ARK2.com links to services operated by other organizations, including game stores, official ARK sites, community references, mod platforms, and gaming communities. Those services set their own privacy and cookie practices. Following a link does not make ARK2.com responsible for the destination site’s processing.

How information is used

  • To respond to messages, corrections, privacy requests, and attribution concerns.
  • To investigate errors, spam, abuse, or technical problems.

ARK2.com does not ask contact-form users to create a marketing profile. Contact details should not be sold as a standalone mailing list.

Retention and security

Messages and technical records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document a correction, prevent abuse, maintain security, or satisfy legal requirements. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your request

You may use the Contact and Corrections page to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to locate the relevant message, but do not send additional sensitive information.
